What PFD Is Up To

This week, Dr. Jill and Dr. Lara are returning to Chicago to attend the American Equilibration Society’s annual scientific meeting. Why did they choose this meeting? Because their mission is this: “AES is the leading organization of dental professionals advancing the science and clinical application of knowledge in Occlusion, TMD and Comprehensive Oral Care for the well being of those we serve.” That phrase, “Comprehensive Oral Care”, pretty much sums up what we are all about at PFD. If you’re a patient of ours, you know that we look beyond the teeth and gums to the whole head and neck complex, as well as connecting how your oral health affects total body health. After two days with the AES, Dr. Jill and Dr. Lara will go in two different directions. Dr. Lara will attend the Chicago Dental Society Midwinter meeting for some hands-on workshops, and Dr. Jill will attend the American Academy of Restorative Dentistry meeting.
